Delivery pricing

Standard delivery is included in the displayed price for eligible Whitestar building kits. Your cart shows the delivery price for your location.

Enter your full address in the cart to update your price. We confirm truck access with you before sending your invoice. Remote roads, islands, ferry access or restricted sites may need a revised price. We confirm any change with you first.

When your kit arrives

Most kits arrive in 2–6 weeks. Production starts after payment and approval of your drawings, colors and site details. We confirm the delivery schedule with you.

Weather, engineering changes, site access, customer-requested holds and carrier delays may affect delivery. Contact us if your schedule changes.

Before the truck arrives

• Make sure an oversized delivery truck can safely reach your site.
• Keep your delivery contact available by phone.
• Have a forklift or tractor with forks, and the people needed to unload.
• Prepare a dry, level area with enough space to set down and check your materials.

At delivery

Check the packaging and count the bundles before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage or shortages on the receipt, take photos, and contact us promptly with your order number.

Keep the affected material and packaging until we give you instructions. Do not return freight without speaking with us.
