Refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 3 days of placing it, as long as it has not gone to production.

Once your order goes to production, we have bought the steel and started making the parts for your building. From that point we can't offer a refund.

How refunds are paid

We refund the full amount you paid to the payment method you used. If you haven't paid your invoice yet, we cancel the order and nothing is owed.

Fees

There is no fee to cancel within the 3 days.

Returns

We don't accept returns. Every kit is made to order for your site, costs thousands of dollars to ship, and is bolted to your foundation once it's built.

How to cancel

Call or text (970) 649-4483, or email info@whitestarbuildings.com with your order number. We confirm your cancellation in writing.

When we may cancel an order

This is rare, and we'll always talk to you first. We may cancel an order if:

• A delivery truck can't safely reach your site.
• Steel or material costs rise significantly before you pay your invoice. We'll offer you the updated price first.
• We can't meet your local codes and loads.
• We can't verify your order or payment details.

If we cancel, we refund everything you've paid, in full.

Price changes after you order

We honor your order price when your site's codes and loads match the kit's engineering. If your county needs different ones, we send a revised price before invoicing. If you don't want to go ahead, we cancel your order and nothing is owed.
